SBERBANK HQ

     The project for the reconstruction of a nine-story building of the interior of the main office of Sberbank in Minsk was implemented in 2022 and was developed by AECOM, a team from the Moscow office.The building is located in the central part of the city on Independence Avenue (32A); it was built in 2011 as a hotel complex, but due to unprofitability it was empty for many years. In 2017, Sberbank bought the building to create a central office with a management staff. And in 2019, the building project started.    
     The idea of ​​the project layout was to create a multifunctional office space based on the Agile principle, the space is full of non-stationary workstations, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, lounge areas, coffee points, lecture halls and physical exercise points. The inspiration for creating the artistic image was the work of the great artist and native of Vitebsk, Marc Chagall. His rich color palette echoes Sber’s new palette, and his paintings and creativity largely reflect the influence of his native landscapes. Paying tribute to the work of Marc Chagall, we tried to bring color and a bit of art into the interior of the building.    
     Each floor has its own specific color (snowy, arctic, emerald, grassy, ​​spring, sunny, orange, pink, graphite) and associative with the artist’s work due to interior elements: custom-designed carpets, meeting niches and designer panels along the inner core of the floor.
