BUSINESS CENTER “MNEVNIKI”

   The multifunctional complex Mnevniki was designed as the future office of the Mosinzhproekt company. The design began in 2019 together with the construction of the Mnevniki metro station, the structural and engineering systems of the building and the metro boxes are interconnected, the building is located exactly above the metro station.  
     The project is a thirteen-story office building, the exterior is made in a simple modern style from high-quality stained glass systems from floor to ceiling with stemalite inserts between floors; lamellas of white matte translucent tempered glass were chosen for sun protection and facade decoration. To decorate the front part of the building: the first and second floors, a decorative perforated steel structure was used; the second floor on the northern part of the building does not have windows as the ventilation systems and main technical rooms are located on it. The functional part of the building is divided into     The project was developed by Mosizhproekt company together with the architectural bureau KAMEN architects.
